Ignite Phoenix

I need to hurry up and finish this post, because every time I get close to finishing it something new pops up.

First off, a HUGE thanks to everyone who helped blow the doors off our second Ignite Phoenix event. Standing room only, packed web-stream chat, #3 trending topic on Twitter (stupid World Series kept us down!), and 16 amazing presentations that kept people laughing and learning all night.  Videos of all the individual presentations will be online later next week on our Blip.TV channel.

Second off, a reminder that there is a “mini-Ignite” this Saturday at 8:45 as a session at PodcampAZ. PodcampAZ is a new media “unconference” with tons of great topics for anyone interested in podcasting, blogging, twittering, or anything “social media” related. Registration is free, and it runs this Sat/Sun (Nov 1st/2nd).

Last off, O’Reilly Media has created a cafepress shop for ordering Ignite related merchandise. If you’re interested in sporting some Ignite Phoenix merchandise, give it a peek. Right now we don’t share in any of the proceeds, but we’re planning to bat our eyelashes at O’Reilly and ask really nicely.
